Gym Gym Gym

This winter I’ve been working pretty hard towards my weight loss goals. I’ve hired a Personal Trainer and along with that, I’ve been at the gym four to six times a week.

In the past two months, I’ve lost close to ten pounds and more importantly, 6 percent body fat. I feel amazing and permit me to indulge myself by saying that I absolutely love what I’ve been seeing in the mirror.

In the coming days I will post what has worked for me in helping with my weight loss. In the mean time, check out one of my workout videos.
