Have you ever had a moment where you said or did something and later on wished that you hadn’t? This morning I had such a moment. I said some things that may have put a strain on what has been a budding friendship.

This, I’ve found today is an area that I should work on, that is, exercising greater discretion in my discourse, while taking into account context, necessity and appropriateness.

One author said that words are potent weapons for all causes, good or bad. No one can claim perfection in this regard. For me, it is my hope henceforth to continue to articulate myself openly, honestly and earnestly, yet in a more respectful manner.
